We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, promotion, content, or offering without notice.
All product descriptions, pricing, packaging, promotional offers, availability information, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, packaging, imagery, and appearance. Actual product appearance may vary due to screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations, and other factors.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
By submitting an order, you authorize CLEO VII and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, subscription charges, and any other authorized charges.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
CLEO VII is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, labor disruptions, governmental actions, supply chain interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's operations.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. CLEO VII is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that all return, refund, exchange, replacement, and damage claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 7 – QUEEN'S CIRCLE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM
7.1 Program Overview
Queen's Circle is a recurring product subscription program offered by CLEO VII.
At launch, Queen's Circle may include the CLEO VII Gift Set. As the brand evolves, Queen's Circle offerings may be expanded, modified, replaced, or supplemented with individual products, product bundles, limited-edition offerings, seasonal collections, subscription-exclusive offerings, or other eligible CLEO VII products.
By enrolling in a Queen's Circle subscription, you agree to receive the subscription product or offering selected at enrollment, together with any updates or modifications made in accordance with these Terms.
By enrolling, you expressly authorize CLEO VII to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected subscription frequency until canceled.
7.2 Subscription Frequency
Upon enrollment, you may select a delivery frequency of every one (1), two (2), or three (3) months.
You may modify your subscription frequency through your customer account portal. Changes may not apply to orders that have already entered processing or billing.
7.3 Billing & Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
Your payment method on file will be charged automatically prior to each scheduled shipment.
You authorize CLEO VII to charge all recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other charges associated with your subscription using your payment method on file.
Subscription pricing may change from time to time. We will provide advance notice of material pricing changes. Continued participation in Queen's Circle following the effective date of a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
7.4 Subscription Management
You may manage your subscription through your customer account portal, including updating billing information, changing delivery frequency, pausing your subscription, skipping scheduled deliveries, or canceling your subscription.
Availability of certain features may vary based on platform functionality and service availability.
7.5 Membership Benefits
Queen's Circle benefits may include preferred pricing, early access to products, exclusive offerings, limited-edition products, subscription-exclusive promotions, priority access, or other benefits as determined by CLEO VII from time to time.
Membership benefits, product selections, pricing, and program features may vary over time and may not be available in all circumstances.
7.6 Product Availability & Inventory Delays
In the event a subscription product becomes temporarily unavailable, out of stock, delayed, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable, CLEO VII reserves the right to delay fulfillment of the affected shipment until inventory becomes available.
Members will be notified of material delays when reasonably practicable.
7.7 Cancellation
You may cancel your Queen's Circle subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us at care@cleovii.co.
Cancellation applies only to future shipments and does not affect orders that have already been processed, billed, prepared, or shipped.
No refunds will be issued for subscription orders that have already been processed or fulfilled except as required by applicable law.
7.8 Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment using the payment method on file.
If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused, suspended, or canceled until payment information is updated and payment is successfully processed.
7.9 Modifications to the Program
CLEO VII reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or update any Queen's Circle subscription offering, product selection, program benefit, or feature at any time.
This may include the addition of new products, removal of existing products, updates to subscription offerings, modifications to bundled products, or changes to program benefits.
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable.
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, images, videos, designs, packaging designs, branding elements, product descriptions, website content, software, and other materials, is the property of CLEO VII or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No portion of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used without prior written permission from CLEO VII.
SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and conducting appropriate patch testing before use.
Customers are encouraged to store products in a cool, dry place and use products in accordance with the instructions provided on the product packaging and website.
CLEO VII shall not be responsible for any product performance issues, changes in appearance, contamination, degradation, adverse effects, or damages resulting from improper storage, misuse, modification, alteration, dilution, unauthorized combination with other products or substances, failure to follow usage instructions, or any handling occurring after delivery of the product to the customer.
If irritation, discomfort, or sensitivity occurs, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Individual results may vary. Any product descriptions, testimonials, marketing materials, educational content, or statements provided by CLEO VII are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLEO VII, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products, website, or services.
In no event shall CLEO VII's total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 14 – ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By visiting our website, creating an account, enrolling in Queen's Circle, making a purchase, subscribing to communications, or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from CLEO VII electronically.

SECTION 16 – USER GENERATED CONTENT & REVIEWS
CLEO VII may allow customers and visitors to submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photographs, videos, social media content, feedback, or other materials ("User Content").
By submitting User Content directly to CLEO VII or granting CLEO VII permission to use such content, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights necessary to provide such content and that its use by CLEO VII will not violate the rights of any third party.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by providing User Content to CLEO VII or granting permission for its use, you grant CLEO VII a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, adapt, and share such User Content for marketing, promotional, advertising, educational, and business purposes.
Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences and may not contain false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or fraudulent content.
CLEO VII reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove, refuse, edit, or discontinue displaying any User Content or review at its sole discretion.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and CLEO VII regarding your use of the website and services.
