SHIPPING POLICY

Complimentary standard shipping is included with every CLEO VII order within the contiguous United States.

Expedited shipping via UPS is available at checkout. Orders placed by 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are eligible for expedited processing.

At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for delivery.

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

While we strive to deliver every order promptly, shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
